Chairman (1 committee member)

As chairman you are responsible for the organization of the committee. You work very close with all the committee members, but above all you’ll keep the overview. It is up to you to monitor the end goal. Beside this, you are also the one to keep in touch with the board of SHARE. Do you like structure, overview and can you motivate everyone to make the best out of it? Then apply for the position of Chairman for HBW 2020.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has insight into group dynamics, is able to promote that dynamics;
  • Social and communication skills;
  • Make a quick connection between individual situations and the general interest;
  • Team player, result-oriented and someone who dares to make decisions.
  • Is available for two days a week, including one day at the university

Treasurer (1 committee member)

Would you like to be aware of everything that’s going on in the committee and do you enjoy talking about money? Then we are looking for you as treasurer of the HBW 2020! As a treasurer you are responsible for the ever-increasing budget and the financial communication about it. You look over the shoulders of the other committee members, slow them down and encourage them to spend their money in the right way. Does this description fits you like a glove? Then apply as a treasurer.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is able to work accurate;
  • has a sense of financial responsibility;
  • has a natural overview of processes;
  • is willing to help wherever this is needed;
  • is available for two days a week , including one day at the university

Secretary (1 committee member)

Are you a real ‘regelneef’? As a secretary you take care of the “backoffice” of the organization. You are responsible for communication with students and you record everything that is said during meetings. The administrative processing of the registrations lies on your shoulders. Do you like to have an overview of the project and do you like administrative work? Then apply as secretary for the HBW 2020!

We are looking for someone who:

  • is precise;
  • shows initiative;
  • loves planning and organizing;
  • assists where necessary and can work well together;
  • is two days a week available, including 1 day at the university.

Marketing Managers (2 committee members)

Are you creative, well organised and not afraid to think big? As a Marketing Manager you will organize the opening at an external location with inspiring speakers together with another committee member. Moreover, you will be responsible for the appearance of the Health Business Week. This includes taking care of all our social media and everything that has to do with the promotion among students. Do you want to extend your network from graphic designer to Ministers? Then apply as Marketing Manager!

We are looking for someone who:

  • is creative
  • is stress resistant
  • is well organised
  • has strong communication skills
  • is flexible
  • is available two days a week, including 1 day at the university

Acquisition (3 committee members)

As acquisitor of the Health Business Week, it is your responsibility to keep in contact with current partners and to recruit new partners. By means of this, you will take care of the diversity of partners and activities during the week. Besides, you are responsible of designing the week program and initiating (new) activities. So this makes you the calling card of the Health Business Week 2020!  

We are looking for someone who:

  • is enthusiastic;
  • has affinity in healthcare;
  • is proactive;
  • is a networker;
  • is courageous and brave;  
  • is two days a week available, including 1 day at the university
